Abstract

We welcome you to the 10th Workshop on Requirements Engineering. This year, WER takes place in Toronto, Canada. This is the first time of the WER workshop series to be held in North America. The workshop started ten years ago as a meeting of the Ibero American requirements engineering community, but over the years has attracted attention of researchers from other parts of the world as well.
