Abstract

MPS.BR is a program that aims to improve the quality of software development processes in the Brazilian context. MPS-SW, one of the components of MPS.BR, defines a set of expected results for the software process maturity in an organization, including results for Requirements Engineering (REQ) process. In previous works, it was observed that these results are related with the qualities present in the Software Transparency Catalog (CTS). The CTS details the qualities in issues that helps defining operationalizations which contribute positively to satisfice the quality. In this paper, we relate the results of REQ process to CTS’s qualities towards proposing and evaluating operationalizations that are aligned to the REQ process. This alignment may help to take advantage of CTS’s operationalizations to define a software development process adherent to level G of MPS-SW.
